Kinetic is working with a leading multinational Pharmaceutical company who are hiring a Market Access Manager to be based in Riyadh.

The main responsibilities will include:

• Leading alignment on pricing and access strategy for the short and long-term sustainability of the business.
• Providing appropriate strategies and tools to monitor and address policy developments related to localization, privatization, and other policy changes, which may affect Pricing and Access.
• Working closely with Regulatory, Finance, Medical, and Commercial teams to provide price assumptions supporting budget planning and clarity on risks and opportunities exercise.
• Developing best-in-class product and pricing submissions and/or re-submissions to national/ regional bodies and private/ local/ hospital payers/insurers.
• Driving Brands Market Access Strategy including Development and Implementation.
• Managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders, in an Ethical & Compliant manner.

To be successful you will need to meet the following:

• Saudi Nationals are encouraged to apply for this position.
• Total 7 years of experience with minimum 3 years experience in access with a proven track record in reimbursement approval.
• Preferably with experience in Oncology, Haematology, immunology, or specialty.
• Must have experience in MOH/NAPCO.
• Strong network in market access within the industry and customer base.
• Good knowledge of regulatory policies and pricing strategies.
• Performance-driven individual, with a strong sense of urgency, exceptional organizational credibility, and a deep understanding of the business.
• Must be highly result oriented with a strong sense of accountability & ownership with a mind to accept changes.
• Excellent verbal and written English & Arabic language fluency.
