<p><strong>Company overview:</strong></p><p> Vieco Pharmaceuticals is a pharmaceutical factory in JAFZA Dubai for the production of solid (Tablets and Capsules), Liquid (Syrups) and semi-solid (Ointment and Creams) pharmaceutical products.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Job brief:</strong></p><p>Responsible for operating machines to assist with manufacturing, packaging and other steps along the production lines while meeting the internal standards, and in conformance with GMP and safety standards.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Tasks and Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Operate the machinery safely and effectively for manufacturing, packaging and other steps along production lines.</li><li>Setup the production equipment and supplies before executing the job orders.</li><li>Ensure that equipment are maintained in good and safe working condition.</li><li>Strict adherence to:</li><li>cGMP regulations and the company’s Quality Manual requirements</li><li>The packaging instructions</li><li>Safety measures</li><li>Standard timelines</li><li>&nbsp;Keep production area in optimum clean conditions and according to cGMP standards in order to avoid accidental mix-ups &amp; possible cross contamination. This applies to both:</li></ul><p>o&nbsp;&nbsp;Environment and area cleanliness</p><p>o&nbsp;&nbsp;Personal hygiene of production personnel</p><ul><li>Work under the guidance of Supervisor to perform and complete the assigned duties in timely manner.</li></ul><p><br></p><p> Job requirements:</p><ul><li> High School Diploma or equivalent</li><li>Minimum 3 years experience as manufacturing operator in the pharmaceutical industry or food and beverage industry.</li></ul><p>Fluent in English </p><ul><li>Knowledge of safe machine practice standards</li><li>Good coordination</li><li>Knowledge in Computers</li><li>Able to follow instructions and production schedules</li></ul><p><br></p>
