Working with leading-edge technology, you will make key decisions, resolve issues and oversee projects to shape enhancements. This role is to support the move of Safety Systems from Broken Arrow facility to Singapore facility.<p><br></p>As a Manufacturing Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for:<p><br><br></p><ul><li>Providing technical guidance for manufacturing processes to support development, quality and improvements</li><li>Define and control production process including tooling and equipment. Validate design specifications and shop floor application of new product, tools, or equipment. Includes Manufacturing Engineers.</li><li>Redefine processes and procedures on a regular basis and require frequent interaction with adjacent functions (e.g. engineering, planning, maintenance)</li><li>Handles latitude in manufacturing techniques. Manufacturing process requires choosing right approaches. Employees should have technical know-how.</li><li>Sharing practical technical knowledge with your team to guide, advise and enable solutions to problems<br></li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Fuel your passion</strong><p><br></p>To be successful in this role you will:<p><br><br></p><ul><li>Have a Bachelor’s level from an accredited institution in an Engineering field </li><li>Have 5+ years of experience as a manufacturing engineer in oil and gas and at least 2 years of experience in completions and wellbore intervention</li><li>Have a good knowledge of technical concepts in technologies that intersect with own technical space.</li><li>Have excellent written and verbal communication skills and demonstrate good leadership ability.</li><li>Be an experienced problem solver, with an analytical approach to identifying root causes and implementing solutions.</li><li>Be able to provide, practical, hands-on technical guidance and support to your team.</li><li>Show the ability to adapt and change in a fast-moving, dynamic environment.<br></li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Work in a way that works for you</strong><p><br></p>We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
