 Lead and manage programs related to workforce administration & planning policies/strategies to support managing the approved establishment, manpower budget, selection and hiring activities, career development and succession plans and implement sensitively & efficiency in order to achieve short- & long-term HC objectives for companies and its subsidiaries.

Minimum Requirements:

 Bachelor’s Degree in business/commerce/ management or equivalent

 8 to 10 years of experience

 Knowledge of Manpower Planning Processes.

• Proficient communication skills.

• Experience and working knowledge of Oracle ERP.
