<p><strong>Hearts & Science</strong> has been inspired by confident marketers seeking business advantage in a world of personalized digital marketing, where CRM and addressable channels converge, and decisions must be made in real time to aggregate effective reach and deliver the right message at the right time.</p><p><br></p><p>Designed to inform brand strategies with real-time insights, Hearts & Science is a data-driven marketing agency with expert media planning and buying capabilities, among other services that include shopper marketing, marketing innovation and content activation.</p><p><br></p><p>We are a marketing agency that is pioneering the future of how brands and people will interact in the post-media world.</p><p><br></p><p>We are currently seeking an <strong>Manager – Planning</strong> to join our team at our Dubai HQ in Media City.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>A typical day will include:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Working to understand the clientβs business objectives and advertising strategy</li><li>Working with the client to ensure that all marketing investment potential is maximised</li><li>Continuously developing own understanding of the media offering in the market and maintaining network relations with suppliers and clients alike</li><li>Proactively researching the newest trends in the Industry and market, developing personal strategic acumen</li><li>Effectively applying rationale and logic when constructing media plans, create competitive reports using in-depth analysis and understanding of implications ((Including -Competitive Snapshots, MRO Updates, Special Operations PPT, Secondary PPT Update, Positions Calendar, ID Cards, OOX Reports, Post-Buys, PCAs, Weekly Digital Reports, Ad Hoc Requests)</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>To land this position you must have:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Proven experience of at least 4+ years within a similar role in an agency</li><li>Strong acumen of planning and media buying tools</li><li>Strong Digital Marketing and knowledge of both online/offline media</li><li>Strong analytical and organizational skills with excellent attention to detail</li><li>Effective interpersonal and negotiation skills</li><li>Fluency in English is a must, Arabic language would also be beneficial</li><li>Computer proficient in MS Office and relevant internet applications</li></ul>
