<strong>Role Purpose</strong><p><br></p>To build and nurture a future-oriented organization that is pioneering, cutting-edge and perfectly embodies the NEOM core value of being ‘An Accelerator of Human Progress’, enhancing NEOM’s standing as the world’s safest and most secure place to live and work.<p><br></p>The Facilities and Operational Excellence manager will be responsible for managing Facilities and Operational Excellence aspects of the assigned aspects of provided services where the latest technologies, best practices and resource utilization mechanisms are innovated and adapted.<p><br></p>The role will require a high level of interpersonal skills, diplomacy and a culturally proper attitude that perfectly embodies the NEOM mindset of diversity.<p><br></p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong><p><br></p>Work with the Director of Healthcare Facilities and non-clinical services to develop the operating strategy.<p><br></p><ul><li> Serves as a technical resource , benchmarking reference , regulations standards reference to the Services of the Healthcare Facilities and non clinical services.</li><li> Ensure the establishment and submittal of comprehensive quarterly and year report of the Division to the Director of Healthcare Facilities and non clinical services</li><li> Ensure the regulatory standards such as but not limited Cabahi, JCIA, Etc are implemented at all times and escalate as needed in a timely manner.</li><li> Develop and manage relationships with external and internal stakeholders such as but not limited to shared services, vendors, suppliers and service providers and provide contract management and administration services to the Division.</li><li> Work internally with the division senior managers to develop budgets, resource requirement and manage the financials for the division, and ensure compliance with all financial rules and regulations.</li><li> Ensure that all division policies, communications, education and training are cascaded down through the division as necessary and manage all division-specific communications and learning and development.</li><li> Manage and co-ordinate capacity building, professional learning, team building, employee wellbeing initiatives, project and business management systems, etc.</li><li> Develop and implement dashboards and reporting for the Division, so the leadership can use data and analytics effectively in decision-making.</li><li> Recommend and implement continuous improvements to processes, procedures and systems and ensure proper internal controls, policies and operating procedures are in place across the Division.</li><li> Support all the functions of the Division and manage any change in line with evolving strategy.</li><li> Represent the Division at internal and external meetings and to other areas of the business as assigned .</li><li> Monitor internal assessments of business risk and ensure risk mitigation measures are in place.</li><li> Execute project roadmap and maintain schedule of key milestone as assigned.</li><li> Assumes primary responsibility for key administrative tasks.</li><li> Handles complaints and inquiries from outside the assigned area; researches and responds to requests or refers complaints and requests to other staff as necessary.</li><li> Develop mechanism for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with key stakeholders.</li><li> Conducted risk evaluations and made recommendations to management for improved risk management strategies.</li><li> Maintained inventory and ordered supplies as needed, ensuring spending efficiency.</li><li> Ensure financial claims, ensuring timely payment and accurate record keeping.</li><li> Participates in self and others’ education, training and development, as applicable.</li><li> Monitoring and managing the supply chain of the division to ensure timely delivery of goods, data and reports accuracy and services that is required within the Healthcare Facilities and non-clinical services.</li><li> Continuously monitoring and improving the customer experience and ensure the capturing of customer services satisfaction.</li><li> Responsible for establishing a quality assurance manual and KPIS of the division.</li><li> To oversee the operational areas in soft or hard services within the division as applicable and assigned.</li><li> Develop monthly or periodically reports to share and present to management as requested.</li><li> Performs any other related tasks and duties as directed.</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Knowledge, Skills And Experience</strong><p><br></p>8 years’ proven experience in business or executive management (to include some of or all field experiences in operations, supply Chain, Hard or soft services, contract management, finance or a related field in healthcare industry or equivalent)<p><br></p><ul><li> Ability to provide input into building strategy, problem-solve, and make effective decisions in a fast-paced environment.</li><li> Good knowledge of technology to support business management.</li><li> Good Knowledge and background of Healthcare field</li><li> Understanding of how data/metrics can be used to inform future decision making.</li><li> Interpersonal skills to build effective relationships internally and externally</li><li> Excellent communicator (verbal and written) and a good command of English and ability to present confidently to small and large groups.</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Qualifications</strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Business or related field</li><li> Master’s degree is preferred.</li></ul>
