This is not simply our job, it’s our passion.<br><br><strong><u>About The Role<br><br></u></strong>The Marketing Manager assists in delivering commercially driven omnichannel marketing strategies aimed at driving brand awareness, resort positioning, storytelling and content across owned, earned and paid media in key international markets. The Marketing Manager must have a strong understanding of branding, marketing campaigns, email marketing, design, luxury and needs to demonstrate creativity. The Marketing Manager will work closely with the Director of Marketing and Communications and the Global Marketing team at One&amp;Only Global Office, to ensure marketing activations are aligned with programming calendars and One&amp;Only global branding standards are maintained across all resort consumer and colleague touchpoints and channels.<br><br><strong><u>Role Responsibilities<br></u></strong><ul><li> Marketing strategies: Develop, create and execute integrated resort Marketing yearly plans to drive brand awareness and booking conversion. Monitor and measure campaign performance to accurately determine top line impact and ROI. Campaigns should drive revenue across all departments i.e., rooms, experiences, wellness, F&amp;B etc. </li><li> Content creation development: Develop content strategies that include, but not limited to: brand partnerships, resort activations, programming, photo and video shoots, post production </li><li> Content distribution: Develop content distribution across all B2C and B2B channels including, but not limited to: website, social, email marketing, resort collateral, advertising, trade </li><li> Agency management: In tandem with the Global Marketing Team, build relationships and manage global agency networks including branding agencies, social media agencies, content agencies and CRM agencies </li><li> On-property brand management: Drive and implement One&amp;Only global brand standards across all physical, digital and print guest facing touchpoints from pre-arrival to post-stay e.g., pre-arrival communication templates, in-room collateral and amenities, F&amp;B collateral, back-of-house displays etc </li><li> Marketing materials: Manage the design development of all Sales &amp; Marketing collateral and materials – brochures, presentations, ad campaigns – to ensure they’re in line with the One&amp;Only brand standards <br></li></ul><strong><u>Key Skills And Requirements<br></u></strong><ul><li> Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Marketing and Communications in luxury hospitality or luxury lifestyle brand </li><li> Proven track record implementing successful Marketing strategies and campaigns to build brand reputation, awareness, and conversion </li><li> Global outlook with experience of working across multiple regions </li><li> Strong communication and writing skills </li><li> Strong problem solving and analytical thinking skills </li><li> Strategic thinking and brand strategy – a strong understanding in brand building and clear strategic and imaginative thinking </li><li> Creative and design –a strong understating of luxury design and knowledge of design programmes e.g., InDesign, Keynote, Photoshop </li><li> Copywriting – excellent English writing skills <br></li></ul>Our brand is expanding faster than ever before.
