<strong><u>Responsibilities<br><br></u></strong>Howmet Fastening Systems (HFS) is seeking IT Manager in Casablanca location<br><br><strong><u>Specific Responsibilities Include<br></u></strong><ul><li>Alignment with business direction: maintain IT plans and activities, while staying aligned with HFS BU &amp; location objectives.</li><li>Manage Casablanca major IT projects.</li><li>Manage infrastructure and IS resources from HFS Casablanca location; to include training and mentoring where necessary.</li><li>Provide IT support for Casablanca business systems, including process control.</li><li>General management and monitoring of the location’s hardware and software, including purchasing.</li><li>Site admin/user support role covering the location.</li><li>Establish and adhere to an IT budget on an annual basis.</li><li>Lead discussions with vendors/suppliers to effectively satisfy the requirements of the business, driving cost savings.</li><li>Follow-up &amp; escalation of site issues with the European Customer Service Coordinator, Fujitsu &amp; central teams when required.</li><li>Coordination/installation of hardware upgrades for out-of-support desktops, laptops &amp; mobile devices.</li><li>Work within the guidelines of the IT compliance and participate in the assessment process.<br></li></ul><strong><u>Other Duties And Responsibilities<br></u></strong><ul><li>Work alongside engineering departments for Smart Manufacturing implementations to help improve factory processes.</li><li>Effectively communicate with site management teams, to include weekly meetings and Business Reviews.</li><li>Utilize analytical tools where necessary to help drive business results.</li><li>Governance and Reports: work with the IT Lead Team to ensure that plans for new IT systems are reviewed against Howmet’s global IT architecture standards and directions.</li><li>Maintain effective working relationship with other HFS/IT teams</li><li>Management of Cloud-based solutions, to include corporate ‘Cloud Review’ process &amp; vendor engagement.</li><li>Provide Local QAD / MFG/Pro Casablanca 1st level application support: user support and relationship with shared QAD team based in Europe<br></li></ul><strong><u>Education<br><br></u></strong><strong> QUALIFICATIONS <br><br></strong>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.<br><br><strong><u>Experience And Background<br></u></strong><ul><li>Must have at least 5-10 years of experience in a manufacturing environment</li><li>Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage, and security.</li><li>Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.</li><li>Fluency in English is required, and fluency in additional European languages is desirable.<br></li></ul>Proven interpersonal and leadership abilities to proactively lead a team of managerial and professional people and to interact effectively with individuals and groups both internal and external to the company and at all organizational levels.<br><br><strong><u>Skills<br></u></strong><ul><li>IT infrastructure knowledge, PC Clients and Servers</li><li>Networking (including Cisco OS), VLANs, NAT, Cisco IPT, VMWare, Printers, Active Directory, iOS &amp; Android</li><li>SQL server 2016/2019 + basic DBA skills</li><li>ServiceNow ticket escalations for European team</li><li>ERP 1st Level Support/Escalations</li><li>Deskside user support</li><li>Windows operating systems (10+, 2018+)</li><li>Office 365 applications</li><li>Microsoft Power Platform (PowerBI, PowerAutomate, etc.)</li><li>Good interpersonal skills</li><li>Compliance awareness</li><li>Leadership training</li><li>Project management experience</li><li>Ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the business</li></ul>
