<br><p>Job Description: We are looking for a Manager/Head of revenue to manage and drive sales growth across all revenue channels at Maestro Pizza and other inhouse brands by Daily Food Co. You will play a crucial role in expanding our presence across various online and in branch platforms, and building strong partnerships with aggregator channels.</p><p>Responsibilities:</p><ol><li>Develop and implement channel strategies: Create a comprehensive plan to maximize sales through in-house (App/Web/Offline/Contact-centre) and aggregator channels, taking into account market trends, customer preferences, and competitive analysis.</li><li>Aggregator channel management: Build and maintain strong relationships with aggregator channels and other relevant partners. Negotiate contracts, terms, and promotions to optimize sales and brand visibility.</li><li>Sales growth: Drive sales growth by identifying new opportunities, developing sales campaigns, and executing marketing initiatives tailored to different revenue channels. Monitor performance metrics, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions to improve sales outcomes.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with marketing, operations, finance, and product teams to ensure seamless execution of channel strategies. Provide insights and recommendations based on market feedback and customer insights.</li><li>Competitive analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the QSR sales channel space. Leverage this knowledge to identify opportunities and stay ahead in the market.</li><li>Budget management: Develop and manage the channel budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve sales targets and maximize return on investment.</li><li>Team leadership: Lead and mentor a team of channel managers and coordinators, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback. Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team.</li></ol><p><br></p>
