Launch sustainability campaign internally and educate employees. Enhance employee sustainability handbook. Identify and work on initiatives to make BMS more sustainable. ESG and sustainability governance and ensuring all units are following the policy and process. Commercialization of sustainability and ESG Services, developing the service catalogue, operating model and commercial model Identifying the right partners to deliver the ESG and sustainability services to our clients and build the capabilities in house. Have the expertise to run programs related to carbon footprint calculations, energy audits and decarbonization pathways. Identify the commercial model to start offering sustainability services, what type of offerings, cost structure, number of resources required, partner required etc. Provide environmental technical input to support master planning, design, and all projects within Solutions+ Undertake air, land and water quality assessments and surveys, including the preparation of scopes of work and consultant supervision should these tasks be outsourced. Prepare environmental impact studies; assessments and audits including the preparation of scopes of work and consultant supervision should these tasks be outsourced. Undertake waste management planning and implementation for both construction and operational waste. Assist in coordinating site wide interface issues in the planning and design processes, including but not limited to: Infrastructure, Transportation, Estidama, and Fire &amp; Life Safety.
