Job Description
The Manager Digital Product will play a key role in the Product and Guest Experience Department and is responsible for driving the development of products to market success. This role will bring industry best practice in digital product design, owning and managing digital initiatives from inception through delivery. They will collaborate with other departments across Beond to create innovative and industry leading digital products that enhance our customer experience.<p><br></p>The role holder will be responsible to plan, develop and manage a digital product strategy that supports and is aligned with the Beond brand. They will put our customers first when designing digital solutions<p><br></p><strong>Duties And Responsibilities</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Manage the end-to-end delivery of content for all Beond digital products.</li><li>Responsible for content management strategies including the frequency of content updates across all relevant digital touchpoints. </li><li>Support the development of Beondβs Metaverse strategy, including developing and managing the interface roadmap and the product backlog for our metaverse.</li><li>Drives and leads vendor negotiations, tenders and project management in relation to all digital products. </li><li>Lead requirements gathering, solution design, user story writing, feature development, and user acceptance testing for digital products. </li><li>Ensure a product is realistic in its development goals and lifecycle plans β managing potential risks throughout the product lifecycle.</li><li>Ensure that all digital solutions are tailored to the needs customer in a way that satisfies regulatory obligationsand enhances the customer journey. </li><li>Responsible for providing world class solutions by exploring trends in digital design, industry developments, digital and mobile technology, and share this knowledge within the Company. Analyze the market to make sure digital products continue to offer competitive advantage. </li><li>Collaborate with IT throughout the project and system development lifecycle to ensure the development of all IT related digital communications projects and services meet the specific business requirements and maintain the highest user experience, creating synergies where applicable.</li><li>Manage any specifically allocated budget for the central development of corporate digital technology, assets, systems, tools and build, and provide regular updates on committed and planned spend. </li><li>Direct, lead and develop the Digital product team to deliver sustainable digital solutions. Guide them to improved performance through continuous training and development. Deal with staff issues as they arise offering solutions and support.
