<strong><strong>Role Summary</strong></strong><p><br></p><strong>Design and oversee the HR operational programs, processes, and policies related to an employee life-cycle while maintaining compliance for all talabat business verticals in Egypt. </strong><p><br></p><strong><strong>What’s On Your Plate?</strong></strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Own the day-to-day HR operations activities of the Employee life cycle as onboarding, offboarding, Social insurance, Benefits entitlement and operations.</li><li>Own Company liabilities related to employment documentation and manage all government Labor inspections and requirements.</li><li>Ensure all HR systems, documentation, and processes of HR are legally compliant for all employees in Egypt’s business verticals and premises. </li><li>Work with all People Operations Team to review existing offline and online People Operations processes to improve and optimize best practices</li><li>Lead Workday activities including new modules implementation for Egypt, work closely with regional system team and ensure local practices align with the wider company footprint </li><li>Ensure the effective maintenance and data integrity of all records, including HR systems and any other employees related databases. </li><li>Develop and manage internal HR audit processes to ensure legal compliance and efficient processes.</li><li>Keep up to date with legislative developments with labor law/s and pay and benefits, reflecting these in processes and recommend updating policies and procedures as required.</li><li>Support the Payroll with updated data.</li><li>Lead the team of Core operations and development for process enhancement and individual development.</li><li>Control and manage Employee relations including violations, grievances, and investigations. </li></ul><p><br></p><strong><strong>We </strong><strong>What Do We Order?</strong><strong>Order?</strong></strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree within Business Administration or any other related fields. </li><li>Minimum of 10 years experience within Operational HR roles and previous managerial position experience.</li><li>Hands-on for People Systems, Workday experience is highly recommended. .</li><li>Solid knowledge of labor laws – Social insurance law and legal compliances</li></ul>
