<strong>Purpose of the job </strong><p><br></p>Driving Orange value proposition and action plans to maximize value from the IT solutions & security products, acting as the product business owner.<p><br></p><strong>Duties And Responsibilities</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>In charge of revenue growth, market & value share and all necessary marketing action plans to drive acquisition, loyalty & retention, base management and customers satisfaction for the Datacenter & Cloud Products</li><li>Propose relevant KPIs for the Datacenter & Cloud Products.</li><li>Accountable for projects under implementation by product marketing team.</li><li>Analyze & recommend strategic directions & plans to execute Orange B2B strategy and achieve agreed objectives.</li><li>Build and share a deep understanding of the market – customer needs, main actors, key drivers, key figures – leveraging market feedback received from the sales & customer service teams.</li><li>Define go-to-market strategy for the IT Solutions & Security aligned with B2B strategy including releases, positioning, value propositions, pricing strategy, communication, and launch </li><li>Develop and drive marketing and action plans, including product roadmap, releases, acquisition and retention campaigns, customer experience, go-to-market approach and partnerships, to drive and develop Orange performance for the concerned range of solutions</li><li>Lead and/or monitor development and in-life phases of products and services</li><li>Contribute to the management cycle by defining ambitions and key drivers (targets, commissions, etc.) for the segment, monitoring performance and proposing mitigation actions</li><li>Coordinate efforts between different commercial departments and divisions to ensure set targets and service levels are met</li><li>Develop strategic partnerships, create and maintain distribution channels. Design and implement suitable business model for partners and define the agreement terms appropriate for each business model.</li><li>Support sales and presales activities throughout the sales cycle across all B2B segments including; lead generation, holding meetings with customers, presentations and the final proposals. </li><li>Represent orange Egypt in industry functions, including association events, conferences, round tables, speaking forums and entrepreneurship events<br></li></ul><p><br></p><strong>People Management</strong><p><br></p>1. Set team members targets and priorities, monitor progress, support team to solve problems and achieve objectives provide coaching and request needed training for direct reports ensuring continuous individual development.<p><br></p>2. Ensure a healthy working environment for the department employees through focusing on team building and motivation initiatives.<p><br></p>3. Conduct regular performance and competency evaluations for direct reports while delivering constant constructive feedback for higher achievements and further development.<p><br></p>4. Hold regular meetings with the team members in order to strengthen their communications and ensure that same objectives are shared among all of them.<p><br></p><strong>Job Specifications:</strong><p><br></p><strong>Education:</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>University degree, Engineering background IT/ Communication is a Plus<br></li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Experience:</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Minimum 7-10 years Experience in a related field with previous leadership exposure.<br></li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Skills and Abilities:</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Very good English both spoken and written.</li><li>Very good computer skills.</li><li>Ability to meet targets and tight deadlines and make things happen.</li><li>Strong people management and coaching skills.</li><li>Knowledge of shift planning and familiar with reporting. </li><li>Strong problem solving skills and able to work under pressure. </li><li>Strong interpersonal and negotiating skills with preference to commercial negotiations. </li><li>Creative, resourceful and enthusiastic. </li><li>Good co-ordination skills<br></li></ul>
