Management Consultant – Data Analysis
Job Description
<strong>IQVIA </strong>is looking for talented and passionate applicants at the Consultant level to join our Commercial Effectiveness Services team (CES) in Algiers OR Tunisia.<br><br>As a consultant you will be involved in the development and delivery of multiple commercial effectiveness projects for our clients including<br><ul><li>Customers targeting and segmentation</li><li>Sales forces structuring and sizing</li><li>Territory alignment</li><li>Target and incentive system modeling</li><li>Dashboarding<br></li></ul>Our clients rely on our knowledge, experience, and aptitude for problem-solving to develop and optimize business models across their markets and organizations. Our ability to leverage and manipulate data, coupled with our in-depth understanding of pharma industry and healthcare system, puts us in a unique position to deliver high-quality insights that address a variety of client needs.<br><br><strong><u>Main Responsibilities<br></u></strong><ul><li>Conduct end-to-end analysis of data processing, analysis to synthesis and preparing final reports (ppt presentations, excel models, etc.);</li><li>Be a part of delivery team or manage small opportunities across North, East and West Africa;</li><li>Interact with clients, deliver presentation, prepare project proposals.<br></li></ul><strong><u>Desired Qualifications And Experience<br></u></strong><ul><li>Good analytical skills and Critical Thinking;</li><li>Ability to analyze complex data, draw conclusions and succinctly summarize recommendations;</li><li>Experience in consulting or pharmaceutical company ;</li><li>Excellent Microsoft Office Skills: strong skills in working with Excel spreadsheets and creating presentations with Power Point;</li><li>Master’s Degree preferably in Economics, Mathematical statistics or Computer Science (or equivalent in Medicine);</li><li>Proficiency in English;</li><li>SQL is a plus.<br></li></ul><strong>We offer<br></strong><ul><li>Career development from a consultant to a Senior Consultant /Manager / Principal role</li><li>Attractive salary and benefits<br></li></ul>IQVIA is a leading global provider of management consulting, advanced analytics, technology solutions and clinical research services to the life sciences industry.
