Management Accountant
Job Description
<ul><li>Handle entire cost accounting role and develop Departmentwide profitability reports, generation of income statements and reconciliation with the Financial reports. </li><li>Active involvement in the budget preparation. </li><li>Able to generate budget vs actual costing reports, invoice-wise profitability reports. </li><li>Perform full set of accounts and ensure timely closing of accounts and support to the Finance manager in closing the months within the strict deadlines. </li><li>Good knowledge of big 4 audit requirements and compliance in time. </li><li>Develop various business models and scenario planning. </li><li>Good knowledge of cash flow and working capital cycles.</li><li>Review & approve payment vouchers & journal entries.</li><li>Develop and maintain internal control and effective accounting system and policies for the set up.</li><li>Supporting Finance Manager in ensuring that inter company cost allocations are in line with management agreements and transfer pricing policy</li><li>Expert experience in the day to day finance and accounts operations.</li><li>Consultative with the respective departments on cost reduction initiatives</li><li>CA/ICWA/ CPA preferred.</li><li>Min 3-10 years relevant experience in financial & management accounting particularly in Manufacturing is preferred.</li><li>Relevant experience in audit and costing is mandatory. Preference will be given to Big 4 experience holders. </li><li>Excellent strategic planning skills and able to interact with all levels.</li><li>Good MS Office skills particularly strong capabilities in MS Excel.</li><li>Able to work independently and highly meticulous. Some ready to stay back and complete the work. </li><li>Working experience in Navision/ business Central is highly regarded.</li></ul>
