Job Description

Maintenance Technician – Steel/Aluminum/facade Construction

This role will require overseeing of all repair and upkeep operations of the process machines, Camp maintenance & Site coordination for electrical systems.

  • Plan & Schedule PM maintenance for CNC machines
  • Plan & Schedule BD Maintenance for CNC machines
  • Forecasting of spare parts requirement & Inventory plan for the machines
  • Troubleshoot & sort out the breakdown of CNC machineries
  • Calibration of all sensors, Motors etc
  • Maintenance of Chiller units
  • Monitoring the performance of the machines
  • Update the BD and PM timesheets.

Skills

  • Diploma in electronics & instrumentation engineering
  • Proven work experience in CNC machines
  • Good Technical knowledge in PLC, Sensors, Hydraulics, Drives, VFD, Servo motor, encoders, pneumatics, valves, Motors, electrical and instrumental system
  • Ability to plan, multi-task, and manage time effectively
  • Strong writing and record-keeping ability for reports and manuals
  • Excellent working knowledge of MS Office suite
  • Excellent communication skills and customer service oriented
  • Troubleshooting skills and ability to read electrical drawings
