Maintenance Technician

Job Description

Responsibilities

•Accept the workshop order and check the contents for completion.

•Register all accumulated processing times.

•Use various checklists to document proper performance of individual work steps.

•Analyze workshop materials & details to keep data and quality updated.

•Prepare necessary equipment for the workplace.

•Perform all maintenance services in accordance with the manufacturer’s specifications and in line with the maintenance schedule / computer.

•Carry out visual inspections, adjustment operations, changing and filling of operating fluids, and replacing wear parts (e.g. brake linings).

•Recognize deviations or unusual wear, initiate add-on work and report to Team Leader.

•Reset maintenance systems in accordance with the scope of maintenance.

•Exchange or replace defective parts.

•Prepare defected part for return in case of reconditioning.
