Take ownership for productivity
As a Maintenance Technician, you will support the production of our unique non-metallic piping products. You will become an expert in monitoring the maintenance and stability of our cutting-edge equipment. You’ll be part of a collaborative team providing full life-cycle maintenance to providing enhancements to increase up-time and availability.
As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for:
- Executing Plant’s Breakdown & preventative maintenance activities
- Assisting in incident investigations and troubleshooting and diagnosing equipment issues.
- Working on pre-defined procedures in line with established work practices and Quality standards.
- Assisting in the enhancement of maintenance processes, documentation, and quality
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
- Diploma/Bachelor Degree of engineering in Electrical Engineering
- Have a minimum of 5 years of equipment and machine maintenance experience
- Have previous experience in MTTR &MTBF
- Maintenance experience on Mazak CNC machines
- Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Mazak CNC machines
- Ability to troubleshoot various servo controllers, PLC programs
- Knowledge on Delta Tau, Mitsubishi & Fanuc controllers
- Knowledge on Hydraulic and Pneumatic circuits and troubleshooting
- Ability to read and troubleshoot electrical schematics
