Maintenance Supervisor – Mkalles

Job Description

A reputable Company located in Mkalles is seeking to recruit a Maintenance Supervisor.

Main Duties:

• Manage daily requests for maintenance.
• Maintain and follow up on regular maintenance to company machinery and equipment.
• Handle the installation, testing, and maintenance of electrical wiring, electrical panels, and boards.
• Handle all maintenance of pipes, pumps, and ducting.
• Repair all kind of electronic and electrical equipment such as power supply, invertors, air conditioners, water heaters, microwaves, fans, electronics boards, and tools.
• Ensure proper installation, especially when dealing with external resources such as solar systems, elevators, and cameras.
• Implement electrical systems and solutions that meet company’s technical requirements.
• Implement preventive maintenance plan.
• Supervise and lead the maintenance team and assure proper training when needed.
• Deal and negotiate with suppliers on everything related to the Engineering and Maintenance department.

Skills

•  Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Engineering, or any relevant field.
• 5 plus years of experience in a related field, mainly in the manufacturing industry.
• Ability to manage high maintenance employees.
• Ability to make effective decisions under pressure.
• Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Fluent in English.
