Job Description

Key Missions:

  • Ensures Maintenance staff comply with their responsibilities relating to the company’s Safety Manual, H&S Manual and current Policies and Procedures Development of Business Strategy
  • Provide leadership to the local Maintenance team
  • Represents RDKSA in Maintenance meetings with RCU and other key stakeholders when necessary
  • Ultimately responsible for running the maintenance Monitoring
  • Performance & planning management of maintenance team reporting to him/her
  • Owns Maintenance SOP production
  • Responsible for planning maintenance services (preventive and campaigns) and interaction with RCU regarding this topic
  • Deploys the maintenance strategy, policies and procedures with his team, monitors potential maintenance subcontractors

Activities:

  • In accordance with strategic guidance, review and interpret current and future maintenance demand in connection with the business requirements and future needs and produce an Annual Maintenance Plan (MP)
  • Drives all FWA related Maintenance training and retraining activities
  • Analyses of Maintenance performance following failures
  • Responsible for reporting maintenance performance to line manager
  • Master user of maintenance software (CMMS, etc.) manages relationship with vendors
  • Assist to the development and maintenance of the Hazard Log and the Principal Risk register through the identification and effective mitigation of hazards relating to operations

Experience & skills required:

  • Professional training degree in the field;
  • 10+ years’ experience in managing road transportation fleet maintenance;
  • Experience in greenfield bus operations &/or in EV fleets;
  • Previous Working experience in KSA is a plus;
  • Rigor and strong analytical skills;
  • Synthesis and writing skills;
  • Great interpersonal skills and sense of autonomy;
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Arabic is a plus;
