<p><span><span><span><strong><u>Key Missions</u></strong>:<br><br></span></span></span></p><ul><li><span><span><span>Ensures Maintenance staff comply with their responsibilities relating to the company’s Safety Manual, H&amp;S Manual and current Policies and Procedures Development of Business Strategy</span></span></span></li><li><span><span><span>Provide leadership to the local Maintenance team</span></span></span></li><li><span><span><span>Represents RDKSA in Maintenance meetings with RCU and other key stakeholders when necessary</span></span></span></li><li><span><span><span>Ultimately responsible for running the maintenance Monitoring </span></span></span></li><li><span><span><span>Performance &amp; planning management of maintenance team reporting to him/her</span></span></span></li><li><span><span><span>Owns Maintenance SOP production</span></span></span></li><li><span><span><span>Responsible for planning maintenance services (preventive and campaigns) and interaction with RCU regarding this topic</span></span></span></li><li><span><span><span>Deploys the maintenance strategy, policies and procedures with his team, monitors potential maintenance subcontractors</span></span></span></li></ul><p><br><br></p><p><span><span><span><strong><u>Activities:<br><br></u></strong></span></span></span></p><ul><li><span><span><span>In accordance with strategic guidance, review and interpret current and future maintenance demand in connection with the business requirements and future needs and produce an Annual Maintenance Plan (MP)</span></span></span></li><li><span><span><span>Drives all FWA related Maintenance training and retraining activities</span></span></span></li><li><span><span><span>Analyses of Maintenance performance following failures </span></span></span></li><li><span><span><span>Responsible for reporting maintenance performance to line manager</span></span></span></li><li><span><span><span>Master user of maintenance software (CMMS, etc.) manages relationship with vendors</span></span></span></li><li><span><span><span>Assist to the development and maintenance of the Hazard Log and the Principal Risk register through the identification and effective mitigation of hazards relating to operations</span></span></span></li></ul><p><span><span><span><strong><u>Experience &amp; skills required:<br><br></u></strong></span></span></span></p><ul><li><span><span><span>Professional training degree in the field;</span></span></span></li><li><span><span><span>10+ years’ experience in managing road transportation fleet maintenance;</span></span></span></li><li><span><span><span>Experience in greenfield bus operations &amp;/or in EV fleets;</span></span></span></li><li><span><span><span>Previous Working experience in KSA is a plus;</span></span></span></li><li><span><span><span>Rigor and strong analytical skills;</span></span></span></li><li><span><span><span>Synthesis and writing skills;</span></span></span></li><li><span><span><span>Great interpersonal skills and sense of autonomy;</span></span></span></li><li><span><span><span>Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Arabic is a plus;</span></span></span></li></ul>
