<p>Supervising and leading all maintenance processes and operations.</p><p>Prepare preventive maintenance plans.</p><p>Work on predictive maintenance implementation.</p><p>Tracking expenses and overseeing the budget for maintenance.</p><p>Maintaining all machinery to ensure that it is at working standards.</p><p>Creating and implementing maintenance procedures.</p><p>Conducting regular inspections of the facilities to detect and resolve problems. </p><p>Planning and managing all repair and installations activities.</p><p>Ensuring that all department workers adhere to the safety policies and procedures.</p><p>Assigning repair schedules and evaluating repair cost estimates.</p><p>Documenting and preparing daily progress report and maintenance logs.</p><p>Overseeing equipment stock and placing orders for new supplies when necessary.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Electrical Area Teams</strong></p><p>Inspect on a routine basis electrical equipment, wiring, fixtures and other components to ensure they remain functional and are up to code, as well as to identify any hazards or issues.</p><p>Determine the reason for any malfunctions of systems or components and create a maintenance or repair plan to solve the problem.</p><p>Repair electrical systems, wiring circuit breakers, equipment and other components so that they remain in full functioning capacity. </p><p>Test systems with devices such as voltmeters, oscilloscopes and ohmmeters to ensure the system remains safe and that components are compatible.</p><p>Review blueprints to understand the placement of wiring or to comprehend the working of the equipment to provide the right service and repairs.</p><p>Provide suggestions on the lifespan of equipment and other electrical components, advising when certain components should be replaced due to potential risks.</p><p>Keep records of all maintenance and repair work conducted, including a record of any supplies ordered and used.</p><p>Ensure all routine maintenance work is handled on a regular schedule to reduce the risk of larger and more complex issues and to reduce costs.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Mechanical Areas Team</strong></p><p>Install, assemble and test new machines and equipment; understand and comply with workplace safety regulations.</p><p>Inspect machines regularly for signs of malfunctions, including visual inspections, listening for irregular noises and conducting scheduled testing as appropriate.</p><p>Monitor, identify and respond promptly to signs of malfunction in machinery such as changes in performance, temperature fluctuations, sounds, smells or atypical energy usage; perform troubleshooting for production machinery.</p><p>Schedule and perform routine preventative maintenance and service for each piece of equipment.</p><p>Perform emergency repairs on various types of machinery, including mechanical, electric and hydraulic; identify and replace worn or damaged parts in a timely manner.</p><p>Use a variety of power and hand tools to perform job functions.</p><p>Maintain machinery and the adjacent workplace in a state of appropriate cleanliness; create and maintain a schedule for inspection, service and testing of machinery.</p><p>Read and comply with work orders concerning service, modification or installation of machinery.</p><p>Work effectively with other team members in a loud environment.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Key Skillsets & Qualification</strong></p><p>Required:</p><ul><li>School diploma or equivalent</li><li>3-5 years’ experience in Maintenance Management in furniture manufacturing industry.</li><li>Strong verbal and oral communication skills in Arabic and English</li><li>Strong electrical, mechanical and manufacturing experience</li><li>Saudi Driver’s license</li><li>Ability to act competently in emergencies.</li><li>Organized and detail oriented.</li><li>Relevant maintenance education certifications</li><li>Proven problem-solving skills.</li><li>Familiar with the National Electrical and Safety Code</li></ul><p></p>
