Job Description:
• Supervise and lead all maintenance processes and operations of the restaurant branches
• Track expenses and oversee the budget for maintenance
• Ensure that all restaurant machineries are at their working standards
• Conduct regular inspections to restaurants and other facilities to detect and resolve problems
• Plan and manage all repair and installation activities
