Maintenance Engineer
Job Description
<p><strong>MAIN TASKS:</strong></p><p>· Deliver continuous quality service to each customer by constantly providing satisfactory maintenance and repair work as per Mitsulift standards.</p><p><br></p><p>· Supervise technicians by inspecting assigned sites and maintenance work conducted and provide them with support to ensure adequate execution of work and their adherence to Mitsulift’s standard of conduct.</p><p>· Handle technician’s daily schedule and work orders to ensure maintenance rounds and repairs are being carried out as assigned.</p><p>· Conduct clients and site visits in order to resolve all breakdowns and customer complaints and to ensure customer satisfaction.</p><p>· Manage handover of newly-installed moving system and follow up on outstanding issues.</p><p>· Monitor technicians’ tools and equipment to ensure their safety suitability.</p><p>· Resolve non-conformities reported by technicians to improve maintenance process.</p><p>· Coach team members and lead their talent development process (skills development, assessment, training, succession planning) to ensure ongoing productivity and to reach own and company goals.</p><p>· Monitor team’s performance results (intervention time, response time, repetitive breakdowns, etc.).</p><p><br></p><p><strong>MAIN REQUIREMENTS:</strong></p><p>Academic: Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering.</p><p>Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in a related field (industrial or equipment maintenance).</p><p>Language: English and Arabic a must, French is a plus.</p><p>Computer skills: Microsoft Office applications.</p>
