Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Residence Maid to join the team at their luxurious private residence. As a Personal Residence Maid, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the estate, ensuring that the household runs smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in housekeeping, a keen eye for detail, and a proactive attitude. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to work in an exclusive environment while providing exceptional service. The role is live out.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the residence, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and polishing surfaces
• Carry out deep cleaning tasks as required, ensuring all areas of the home are maintained to the highest standard
• Wash, dry, and iron laundry, including linens, towels, and clothing
• Assist with the organization and storage of personal items and household supplies
• Perform daily and seasonal wardrobe management tasks, including sorting, folding, and storing clothing and accessories
• Assist with meal preparation, table setting, and clean-up as needed
• Maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality, respecting the privacy of the employer and their family
• Manage and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, ensuring they are in good working order and properly stored
• Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety concerns to the appropriate personnel
• Provide assistance with various errands and tasks as required, including pet care and plant care

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in housekeeping, preferably in a high-end residence or hotel
• Excellent knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and equipment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and efficiently, managing time effectively to meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Fluency in English, additional languages a plus
• Must be legally authorized to work in the UAE
