· Operate various equipment and machines, adjusting one or more variables to achieve efficiency.
· Help to maintain and repair equipment and appliances by carrying out preparations and providing assistance while following strict, detailed instructions.
· Carry out operational tasks by following established processes. Involves working within given settings or parameters.
· Perform relatively simple quality sampling and inspection of products or processes (or both).
· Comply with HWB safety standards, guidelines, and procedures.
· Comply with company safety guidelines and procedures.
· Comply with company regulations and policies.
· Check equipment and operating systems and correct wherever necessary.
· Handle simple and complex heavy industrial equipment like forklifts, scissor lifts.
· Follow the working schedule as set by the section supervisor covering three shifts production environments, showing expertise in working with a team and independently.Applies comprehensive knowledge to act independently while providing guidance and training to others on using clear and effective verbal communications skills to express ideas.
· Provides technical guidance when required on analyzing data trends for use in reports to help guide decision-making.
· Provides technical guidance when required on planning, organizing, prioritizing, and overseeing activities to efficiently meet business objectives.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

· Diploma’s degree in Operation, or any relevant field

Minimum Experience

· 1 – 3 years of experience in Operating or relevant field.
