This position is crucial for the development and deployment of GPT-based products aimed at streamlining Ad Operations for our publishers. The candidate will be instrumental in fine-tuning GPT models, designing APIs, and ensuring high-quality, maintainable code through test-driven development.<p><br></p><strong>What you’ll do: </strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Fine-tune GPT models to tailor them to specific use-cases in the Ad Operations domain.</li><li>Design, build, and maintain APIs for the integration of LLM-based applications.</li><li>Implement robust testing frameworks and follow test-driven development (TDD) practices to ensure the accuracy and reliability of language models.</li><li>Work with deployment tools and platforms such as Terraform, Kubernetes, and Docker to ensure the scalability and performance of the LLM-based products.</li><li>Develop monitoring systems to track the performance and health of the models in production.</li><li>Collaborate with data scientists to refine and optimize models and data pipelines.</li><li>Ensure data compliance and security standards are met.</li><li>Document processes, systems, and models developed, and communicate them effectively across teams.</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Who you are:</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).</li><li>Minimum of 4 years of experience in machine learning engineering, with specific experience in large language models like GPT.</li><li>Familiarity with Ad Operations and understanding of the publisher ecosystem.</li><li>Proficiency in API design and development.</li><li>Hands-on experience with test-driven development (TDD) practices and tools.</li><li>Proficient in Python and familiarity with libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face Transformers.</li><li>Experience with deployment and infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform, Kubernetes, and Docker.</li><li>Experience with MLOps tools and platforms, such as MLflow, Kubeflow, or AWS SageMaker.</li><li>Strong understanding of data compliance and security best practices.</li><li>Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.</li><li>Proven problem-solving skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Nice to Have: Familiarity with ad technologies such as header bidding, ad servers, or programmatic advertising.</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>What we offer: </strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Competitive Salary: Our salary formula adjusts to your cost of living and experience.</li><li>Work remotely: Live and work wherever you like!</li><li>Flexible working hours: You have the autonomy to set your own schedule</li><li>Retreats: We meet in person for company get-togethers.</li><li>Career Growth and Trainings </li></ul><p><br></p>If you think you are a good fit.
