Job Description
As a Loyalty Partnerships Support Officer, you will be responsible to work closely with the loyalty systems team & loyalty operations team to solve any partnerships related queries or complaints from members related to accruals or redemptions. Additionally, you will be responsible to support the business by handling the billing operations, performance reporting and tracking and addressing partnerships related queries.
Other key responsibilities are:
- Work hand in hand with the IT, digital and loyalty systems team to resolve and follow up on any issue related to partners such as integration, files exchange, claims and other related issues.
- Mitigate current billing and operations delays to ensure a timely QR and partner invoices and dispute resolution process (80+ invoices every month).
- Support in planning and yearly/quarterly forecasting and budgeting and update partnerships revenue sheets accordingly on a regular basis.
- Support the loyalty systems team on partners enrolment files processes and ensure that enrolment files are not being rejected, in case of rejections identify the causes and work on solutions.
- Support the team in continuous partnerships performance tracking such as minimum commitments, bonus Avios utilization by providing calculations and detailed reporting when required, on top of that raise credit notes requests to the business finance team when partners achieve their targets.
- Work with the data & analytics team to continuously improve partnerships related dashboards and reporting.
- Work alongside the fraud team and coordinate with account managers to resolve partnerships related fraud cases by identifying causes, provide and suggest solutions to mitigate any similar future cases arising.

Qualifications
About You
We are looking for a passionate and experienced professional to join the Loyalty Team.
- Minimum qualification of bachelor’s degree or equivalent is essential.
- 4+ years of job-related experience
- Proficient in Office applications; Word, Excel, Powerpoint
- Numeracy skills and understanding financials
- Ability to evaluate processes and make recommendations for improvement
