Apply Now!</strong></p><p><strong>Raya Foods; one of Raya’s subsidiaries is hiring a Logistics Specialist</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>What will you do?</strong></p><ul><li>Handling (Export/Import) Bookings and resolve related shipment issues.</li><li>Handling invoices &amp; documentation cycle with Customs Clearance, Freight Forwarders &amp; Shipping lines.</li><li>Plan &amp; organize loading cycle in coordination with planning department.</li><li>Completing FORM13 files &amp; liaising with finance department.</li><li>Follow up on payment request related to service providers.</li><li>Act as a focal point with the commercial team to answer all customers’ inquiries.</li><li>Generate/analyze reports to optimize logistical procedures &amp; reduce costs.</li><li>Handling Air shipments and all its related procedures.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>What will you need?</strong></p><ul><li>Ownership.</li><li>Functional Skills.</li><li>Ideas presentation and Taking initiative.</li><li>Continuous Learning. </li><li>Customer Centricity.</li><li>Good knowledge of legal regulations and ISO requirements.</li><li>Good communication and negotiation skills.</li><li>Good in Microsoft Office and Logistics software.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>What is unique about Raya?</u></strong></p><ul><li>Are you an eager learner?
