<ul><li>Foster strong relationships with customers and actively seek new business opportunities. </li><li>Capitalize on global opportunities by collaborating with third parties and business partners.</li><li>Build a customer base by initiating communication with potential clients, comprehending their supply chain needs, and crafting tailored proposals to fulfill their requirements.</li><li>Promote and solicit our clients comprehensive range of services, including Ocean Import/Export, Air Import/Export, Ocean Export, Distribution &amp; Warehousing, Cargo Insurance, and Customs Brokerage.</li><li>Achieve monthly sales goals as directed by management.</li><li>Maintain regular and effective communication with our clients Operations/Customer Service Departments and international offices.<br></li></ul><strong><u>Requirements<br></u></strong><ul><li>Minimum of 5+ years of experience in sales and/or management, preferably within the logistics industry. </li><li>In-depth knowledge and understanding of the logistics industry, including planning, shipping, warehouse management, and inventory systems.</li><li>Bachelors degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.</li><li>Proficient in managing daily routes and schedules of shipments and deliveries.</li><li>Skilled in tracking the progress of shipments and ensuring timely delivery.</li><li>Comprehensive understanding of all aspects of warehouse operations.</li><li>Ability to review inventory needs and maintain adequate stock levels.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex logistics challenges.</li><li>Adaptable to meet deadlines and work efficiently under pressure.<br></li></ul>
