  • Coordinating with logistics agencies for rate negotiation
  • Preparing shipping documents
  • Coordinating with agencies to ensure prompt and proper movement of shipments
  • Reviewing goods, purchase orders and shipping documents to ensure accuracy
  • Making all shipping arrangements as necessary
  • Tracking shipments and updating consignees
  • Ensuring that the quality of all services provided meets the required standards
  • Developing processes that make the supply chain more efficient and organized
  • Adhering to all the rules and regulations of the company.
