Job Description

Job Title: Logistics Assistant Manager  

Department: Logistics

Location: KSA

Job Scope:

Managing BUD RYD & DMM Logistics operations. Monitoring all warehousing, transportations, BUD internal replenishment, logistics distribution cost, governance, and leading logistics excellence agenda.

You will be also responsible for building, developing, and reviewing the department KPIs and evaluate their outcomes. Also you will be responsible for developing the team capabilities and skills and discuss their future fit plans. In addition, accountable to deliver logistics safety, quality, cost savings, business waste reduction, customer service, continuous improvement projects and sustainability improvements.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Managing the end-to-end RYD & DMM Logistics operations in terms of warehousing and transportation

  • Drive logistics operational costs through efficiency, network optimizations, innovative ways of working across the transport and warehousing space

  • Manage relationships with 3PLs in the country

  • Improve the service level with the customers by controlling the stocks levels/ availability and secure the deliveries on time

  • Drive sustainability within logistics

  • Identify opportunities to improve key performance metrics, develop proposals to develop these opportunities, and implement where feasible

  • Leading Internal logistics excellence agenda

  • Engagement with customer facing and customers development teams to define service requirements

  • Engagement with Finance to manage the logistics financials

Key Competencies & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, supply chain or any relevant degree

  • 3 –5 Years of Experience in key account management experience within FMCG industry

  • Fluent in English

  • Strong financial and business acumen

  • Passion for Growth

  • Team Commitment

  • Excellent communication skills    

  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
