The opportunity
Project: This is an opportunity to work on one of the largest programmes in Saudi Arabia. This unique project consists of major mixed-use development including sports facilities, entertainment, and arts along with all associated infrastructure.
Mace is one of the delivery partners requiring high-calibre and experienced professionals to lead integrated teams throughout each phase of the project.
Your responsibilities will include:

Working with the logistics project managers and liaising with the design team and the planning team.

Creating 4D models by linking project programmes with design models to create a visual sequence of works within Synchro or equivalent.

Managing the model-phased logistics and temporary works within 3DSMax or equivalent.

Using Navisworks to subdivide design models into phased areas.

Running ‘what if’ scenarios within the 4D environment against baseline models to identify programme opportunities.

Running physical and time-based clash detection of design, logistics and temporary works against the programme to validate.

Creating 1-week, 1-month and 3-month lookahead outputs.

Providing training and upskilling in the use of Synchro and 4D techniques to other logistics staff.
About you
You have a degree or equivalent with professional work experience in the related subject. You will also be expected to have proven experience in the following software: Synchro, 3DSmax, Navisworks, Revit and Microsoft Office applications and GIS as well as CAD applications.
You have excellent communication skills, you will be able to work to deadlines under your own initiative and supervision, you are a proactive team member, willing to learn and contribute to the wider team and have excellent organisational skills.
You are digitally savvy, can build lasting client relationships and lead strong, motivated teams. You will have a construction or project management background and be hungry to grow your career and enjoy the opportunities Mace have to offer.
