<strong>Job Description</strong><p><br></p><strong>JOB PURPOSE</strong><p><br></p>To support in building and maintaining the list of auditing companies and building and maintaining relationships with auditors to ensure that Operations Sector has qualified and trained auditing companies to conduct Local Content audits and generate accurate reports for public and government entities.<p><br></p>KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:<p><br></p><strong>Description</strong><p><br></p><strong>Auditor Selection </strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Support in defining and developing criteria and attributes which determines the effective and efficient selection of Local Content auditors to ensure having qualified auditing companies to conduct audits.</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Auditor Relations</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Support in the development and maintenance of relationships with auditors through setting and updating the list of auditing companies, to ensure the best interests of LCGPA and represent the authority in a professional manner at all times.</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Score Approval</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Support in developing and enhancing the agreed upon procedures to ensure more accurate LC score.</li><li>Support in defining and developing LC audit report approval process.</li><li>Support in reviewing and analyzing audited LC reports.</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Performance and Training </strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Assist in the evaluation of the performance of auditors through maintaining a data base of auditors’ performance on quality, pricing and delivery timeliness to ensure all LCGPA needs and requirements are achieved.</li><li>Building and developing a local content training program, including training materials and exams preparation, to qualify audit firms, in coordination with the Saudi Organization for Certified Public Accountants.</li><li>Support in building appropriate auditor onboarding and training material, to ensure that the auditors are well informed of Local Content Sector scoring methods and requirements.</li><li>Conduct workshops in coordination with the Center of Excellence General Department, to present the local content methods and requirements to government entities and private sector.</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Database Management</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Assist in maintaining qualified audit firms by monitoring and recording theirperformance.</li><li>Assist in recording and updating the list of entities that have an approved local content score.</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Policies, Systems, Processes, Procedures, Standards and Reports</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Follow all relevant functional policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions to ensure that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.</li><li>Assist in the preparation of timely and accurate reports and functional deliverables to meet the functional requirements in order to achieve the desired efficiency and performance excellence.</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Related Tasks</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Perform any other related tasks and duties as directed.</li></ul><p><br></p>Technical Competencies<p><br></p><strong>TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Relations Management – Proficient</li><li>Language Proficiency – Proficient</li><li>IT skills – Proficient</li><li>Data analysis – Proficient</li><li>Planning and Coordination Management – Proficient</li><li>Audit Offices Management – Proficient</li><li>Portal management – Proficient</li></ul><p><br></p>Education<p><br></p>Business Administration or a related field
