Deluxe Holiday Homes is looking for a Listing Admin to join us with minimum of 2-years experience in the same field. Candidates with Listing experience shall only be considered for this role. This would be an office-based role and the right candidate should be available to join immediately.

Administrative Assistant for Listing

  1. Responsible for end to end listing of our properties in all of our portals.
  2. Coordination with the BDMs, Reservations and Operations Team for Listing properties.
  3. Sending out information and emails for new property descriptions
  4. Work closely with marketing and photographer for listing photos and content
  5. Amendments / changing / refreshing / update of listing prices
  6. Any other tasks as assigned by the management

Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience:

  1. Degree in business administration/ IT or relevant discipline
  2. Strong IT skills: Excel or Google Sheets, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint; Document filing, calendar management, etc.
  3. Strong planning, organizational and administrative skills
  4. English – fluent working proficiency (both speaking and writing)
  5. 2+ year in similar role
