We are a public benefit entity with a singular focus on enhancing healthcare outcomes in the United States while offering attractive returns to impact investors and empowering hospital systems to convert their back-office cost centers into valuable financial assets.<p><br></p><strong>The Role</strong><p><br></p><strong><u>You Will Be Responsible For</u></strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter tools to actively source and engage with potential candidates for various job openings within the organization.</li><li>Conduct thorough candidate searches and effectively manage candidate pipelines to meet hiring objectives.</li><li>Provide general administrative assistance, including but not limited to managing calendars, arranging meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining documentation.</li><li>Assist in organizing company events, workshops, and training sessions</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Ideal Profile</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.</li><li>Proven experience as a LinkedIn Recruiter or in a similar talent acquisition role.</li><li>Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter tools and other social media recruiting platforms.</li><li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with candidates and internal stakeholders.</li><li>Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and other HR software.</li><li>Detail-oriented and able to maintain a high level of accuracy in administrative tasks.</li><li>A proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving.</li><li>Knowledge of employment laws and regulations is a plus.</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>What’s on Offer?</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Work in a company with a solid track record of performance</li><li>Flexible working options</li><li>Leadership Role</li></ul>
