Lead the technology screening and alignment with different stakeholders in Licensing-In and other functions as appropriate. Lead RFP preparation activities and alignments with the relevant stakeholders. Conduct the contractual and commercial evaluation process of Technology licensors. Negotiate and deliver best terms and conditions for our Org benefit. Generating agreement summaries for the review and approval of Licensing-In leadership</li><li>Supporting Sr. Licensing Manager in complex mega projects throughout its different stages until agreement execution and handover.</li><li>Leading complex/sensitive technical studies and services. Lead the internal alignment regarding project sensitivity/complexity matrix. Review the received request and verify the need for the technical service/study. Ensure the clarity and coherence of the scope and required deliverables generated by the requester prior to release to Licensor. Coordinating the requirements of the project and subsequent technical evaluation while leading the commercial evaluation as well as negotiations.</li><li>Coaching Licensing Sr. Engineers in mega projects, site projects and services as well as NDA activities. Tailoring per licensing-in engineer competency level for each of the following: negotiation skills and typical fallback positions, agreement drafting and deviations tracking, methods of reporting deviations to management, understanding of various terms and conditions criticality, approving stakeholders per deviation, commercial and contractual evaluation methodology, engaging at different licensors structures.</li><li>Support enforcing and developing Licensing-In workflow, record keeping, IP protection, procedures and processes (e.g. ECM, AMS, Licensing-In Procedure, and Firewall). Ensuring appropriate approvals secured through AMS or any other systems as per MAS of all relevant parties. Support governing the Licensing-in workflow from request initiation until signing the LA. Support in appropriate archiving and references in the ECM and other reference systems this is to include NDAs, LA/EAs, Service and Study agreements, critical communications and proposals that Licensing-In is responsible for as per the workflow. Support appropriate contamination protection tools during Licensing-In workflow for the protection of our Org IP and key personal/technologies.</li><li>Supporting engagements with internal functions as a focal point (e.g. Audit, EPM, BU, B-T&I, Procurement). Support the required clarifications and inputs needed from the Audit and review functions internally and externally. Support the coordination with E&PM with all relevant intervals between the functions as it relates to engineering deliverables. Support in setting the expectations of the BU in terms of project timeline and costs as appropriate. Support B-T&I in the technology screening activities as to ensure its compliance with the overall technology selection process. Support in the engagements with Procurement regarding exclusions of FEED/EPC contractors, catalyst/proprietary equipment term sheets.</li></ul>
