Level 3 Cybersecurity/Security Operations Personnel

Job Description

• Lead the investigation and resolution of complex security incidents, working closely with Level 1 and Level 2 Cybersecurity/Security Operations personnel.
• Conduct advanced security assessments, including penetration testing, vulnerability assessments, and threat hunting.
• Develop and implement advanced security controls and measures to protect against emerging threats and vulnerabilities.
• Provide expert-level guidance and mentorship to Level 1 and Level 2 Cybersecurity/Security Operations personnel.
• Drive continuous improvement of the security posture by identifying areas for enhancement and implementing best practices.
• Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity trends, technologies, and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in cybersecurity incident simulations and tabletop exercises to test and improve incident response procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the overall availability and performance of the Cyber Security Infrastructure solutions and services.
• Conduct security awareness training for employees to promote a culture of cybersecurity.
• Work closely with vendors and third-party providers to assess and enhance the security of external systems and services.
• Demonstrate an extensive understanding of the Smart City Ecosystem Framework and the Unified Assets Operational Platform.
• Apply analytical, planning, and reporting capabilities in the context of cybersecurity operations.
