Job Description
• Monitor the performance and availability of Smart City Assets, including Utilities, Electromechanical devices, modbus, bacNET, SCADA, and other OT systems.
• Respond to and resolve Level 1 technical support tickets and incidents related to Smart City assets and IT infrastructure within defined SLAs.
• Troubleshoot basic technical issues related to Smart City assets, OT systems, and IT infrastructure.
• Perform IT and Data Lake administration and maintenance tasks, including user management, system configuration, data backup, and security management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve system-wide issues.
• Provide analytical insights, such as data analysis and trend identification, to support decision-making and optimization of Smart City assets and systems.
• Participate in planning activities, such as capacity planning, asset lifecycle management, and system upgrades.
• Generate reports on system performance, incident resolution, and maintenance activities.
• Follow standard operating procedures for issue resolution and document troubleshooting steps.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies related to Smart City assets, OT systems, and IT infrastructure.
