As a Legal Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all legal matters within the company and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.<p><br></p><ul><li>Minimum of 8 years of experience working as a Legal Manager or in a similar role</li><li>Strong knowledge of corporate law, contract law, and other relevant legal areas</li><li>Excellent understanding of local and international legal frameworks</li><li>Proven track record of successfully managing legal issues and providing sound legal advice</li><li>Ability to draft, review, and negotiate various legal documents, including contracts and agreements</li><li>Experience in handling litigation and dispute resolution</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills</li><li>Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team</li><li>Proficiency in legal research and staying up-to-date with legal developments</li><li>High level of integrity and ethical conduct</li><li>Master’s degree in Law or a related field</li></ul><p><br></p>If you do not meet the above requirements, we kindly request that you refrain from applying for this position.
