Job Description

·    Provide legal guidance to the company on a wide range of legal matters.

·    Oversee the drafting and negotiation of contracts.

·    Advise the company on regulatory compliance matters.

·    Represent the company in litigation.

·    Manage the legal department and ensure that it is staffed with qualified and experienced attorneys.

·    Develop and implement legal policies and procedures.

·    Stay up to date on legal developments that may impact the company.

·    Work to safeguard the company, its shareholders’ , directors and employees’ rights.

Skills

·    Master’s degree from an accredited law school.

·    Minimum of 10 years of experience in private practice or in-house legal counsel.

·    Strong understanding of corporate law, contract law, regulatory compliance, and litigation.

·    Excellent written and oral communication skills.

·    Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

·    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
