Our team can deal with complex cases across different jurisdictions, offering tailored solutions for each client鈥檚 needs. </span></p><p>Tips: Provide a summary of the role, what success in the position looks like, and how this role fits into the organization overall.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><p>路&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<span>Drafting, Vetting and Negotiation of following agreements:</span></p><p>路&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<span>Service Agreements.</span></p><p>路&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<span>Property related agreements e.g., lease agreement, leave &amp; license agreement.</span></p><p>路&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<span>Transactional documents: LOI, term sheets, bank guarantee etc.</span></p><p>路&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<span>Vendor agreements</span></p><p>路&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<span>Drafting of various legal notices/replies/representations/other written communications</span></p><p>路&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<span>Litigation: </span></p><p>路&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<span>Handling various types of litigations for &amp; against the company e.g., Labour matters, Recovery matters, and other Civil commercials &amp; Criminal Proceedings. </span></p><p>路&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<span>Coordinate with external lawyer</span></p><p>路&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<span>Maintain and report litigation MIS.</span></p><p>路&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<span>Maintain and report Legal Notice MIS</span></p><p>路&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<span>Advisory:&nbsp;To provide necessary legal advice/opinion and support to Business team, and other related functions. Develop an effective legal function across &amp; support the Legal &amp; Compliance Department to identify and manage legal risk.</span></p><p>路&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<span>Proficient in all legal matters with an in-depth knowledge of the legal procedures and documentation in the UAE</span></p><p>路&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<span>In depth understanding and experience of litigation and judicial local framework</span></p><p>路&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<span>Creating positive, long-lasting relationships with potential clients.</span></p><p>路&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<span>Coordinating/Liasoning with Labour/Government authorities and assisting in making necessary submissions/responses</span></p><p>路&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<span>New Business Acquisition&nbsp;</span></p><p>路&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<span>Conduct legal research and analysis by utilizing various resources.</span></p><p>路&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<span>Able to keep abreast of all relevant changes of laws and advise Management on the required changes and impact to business operations.</span></p><p>路&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<span>Provide leadership and ensure efficient and effective management of resources in the Legal.</span></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><p>路&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Effective communication skills</p><p>路&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.</p><p>路&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Strong knowledge of contracts, Labour Laws. </p><p>路&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Must have UAE driving license and owned vehicle.</p><p>.
