<p><strong>Lawgical Group</strong>&nbsp;based in UAE is seeking to hire&nbsp;<strong>Legal &amp; Business Consultant</strong>&nbsp;in Dubai&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Job Roles and Responsibilities shall be:&nbsp;</strong></p><p><br></p><ol><li>Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities; coordinating business generation activities; developing customized targeted sales strategies.</li><li>Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients; maintaining a database (Excel, etc.) of prospective client information</li><li>Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential clients; closing sales and working with the client through the closing process.</li><li>Meeting with potential clients and convert them into active to close weekly, fortnightly, monthly, quarterly, half-yearly and annual target.</li><li>Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting; maintaining short- and long-term business development plans.</li><li>Creating positive, long-lasting relationships with potential clients</li><li>Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients.</li><li>Reviewing clients’ feedback and implementing necessary changes.</li><li>Follow company guidelines and procedures for acquisition of customers, submission of proposals etc.&nbsp;</li></ol><p><br></p><p><strong>Competencies and Skills Required&nbsp;</strong></p><p><br></p><ol><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills&nbsp;</li><li>Must have good negotiation skills&nbsp;</li><li>Must be able to create good presentations&nbsp;</li><li>Must have excellent interpersonal skills&nbsp;</li><li>Must be detail oriented and an active listener&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to work under pressure&nbsp;</li><li>Must be a Team Player</li><li>Neat, well-groomed appearance</li><li>Great networking skills</li><li>Resourceful, with outstanding research skills</li><li>Intuitive and insightful, particularly regarding human behavior</li></ol><p><br></p><p><strong>Other Requirements:&nbsp;</strong></p><p><br></p><ol><li>Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or similar.&nbsp;</li><li>At-least two years of proven experience in Auditing Firm, Legal Firm or Management Consultancy in UAE.</li><li>Must have UAE driving license and owned vehicle</li></ol><p><br></p><p>Email your CV at info@lawgicalgroup.com</p>
