Job Description
<p><strong>Duties / Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Provides legal advice and recommends course of action on how to tackle infringements and counterfeit matters</li><li>Participates in the management of legal enforcement cases on various IP matters</li><li>Prepares day-to-day correspondences and reports to clients</li><li>Translates documents when needed</li><li>Conducts research on counterfeit items/products</li><li>Liaises with external lawyers and maintains the appropriate follow-up</li><li>Liaises and maintains relations with concerned authorities </li><li>Reviews IP agreements</li><li>Prepares annual audit reports for clients pertaining to legal matters handled by the company</li></ul><p><strong>Skills / Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor of Laws</li><li>0-2 years of experience. IP experience is a plus</li><li>Very good command of English and Arabic</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office</li><li>Organizational skills</li><li>Analytical skills</li><li>Teamwork skills</li></ul>
