The Opportunity
We are searching for a motivated, dedicated Administrative Assistant to join the Dubai office of a leading, international law firm. In this role, you will be responsible for routine administration tasks at the direction of the Team Coordinator.
The Responsibilities
Working in a friendly, supportive and collaborative team environment, you will provide a comprehensive administrative support service to the wider team, undertaking the following tasks:
* Opening and closing matters in a document management system
* Filing and e-filing of relevant paperwork and all documents in a timely manner
* Printing, scanning and photocopying as required by fee earners and secretaries
* Processing invoices and simple expense claims
* Booking internal and external meetings, including arranging catering when required
* Updating client details via a database
* Arranging couriers
* Assisting with arranging internal events
* All other adhoc administrative tasks as required
