Leasing Specialist

Job Description

Amin & Wilson realty is seeking her next talented Leasing Specialist.

The Leasing Agent will showcase apartments to potential renters, lease apartments to qualified applicants, renew leases with current tenants, and perform managerial duties concerning the property as directed.

Responsibilities:

Farms a pool of properties to lease.

Handle and follow up on leads.

Warmly greets visitors, prospective tenants, and current residents.

Provides potential tenants with brochures, information, and tours of facilities and available units.

Consults with prospective tenants to identify requirements and budgets then matches these needs with available properties.

Prepares leases for Leasing Managers’ review and approval; obtains signatures from management and tenants.

Coordinates move-in dates, materials, and processes.

Creates develops and maintains a waitlist as needed.

Assists with record keeping, filing, bookkeeping, and paperwork as required.

Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

–       Fluency in English

–       Outgoing and friendly attitude

–       Ability to make others feel welcome and comfortable

–       Excellent interpersonal skills with good sales and customer service skills

–       Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Education and Experience:

–       High school diploma or equivalent required

–       Real estate sales license preferred

–       Experience in Dubai

–       1 to 2 years of related experience in leasing

–       Valid UAE Driving License with own car preferably
