<p>Amin &amp; Wilson realty is seeking her next talented Leasing Specialist.</p><p><br></p><p>The Leasing Agent will showcase apartments to potential renters, lease apartments to qualified applicants, renew leases with current tenants, and perform managerial duties concerning the property as directed.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Farms a pool of properties to lease.</p><p>Handle and follow up on leads.</p><p>Warmly greets visitors, prospective tenants, and current residents.</p><p>Provides potential tenants with brochures, information, and tours of facilities and available units.</p><p>Consults with prospective tenants to identify requirements and budgets then matches these needs with available properties.</p><p>Prepares leases for Leasing Managers’ review and approval; obtains signatures from management and tenants.</p><p>Coordinates move-in dates, materials, and processes.</p><p>Creates develops and maintains a waitlist as needed.</p><p>Assists with record keeping, filing, bookkeeping, and paperwork as required.</p><p>Performs other related duties as assigned.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Required Skills/Abilities:</strong></p><p><br></p><p>-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Fluency in English</p><p>-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Outgoing and friendly attitude</p><p>-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Ability to make others feel welcome and comfortable</p><p>-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Excellent interpersonal skills with good sales and customer service skills</p><p>-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Education and Experience:</strong></p><p><br></p><p>-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;High school diploma or equivalent required</p><p>-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Real estate sales license preferred</p><p>-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Experience in Dubai</p><p>-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;1 to 2 years of related experience in leasing</p><p>-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Valid UAE Driving License with own car preferably&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Company Offers:</strong></p><p><br></p><p>-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Attractive commission </p><p>-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Employment Visa &amp; Health insurance</p><p>-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Professional photographer, videographer, and graphic designer in-house.</p><p>-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;In-house Marketing department and continuous lead generation campaigns</p>
