<p>Senior leasing agent is needed, specializing in retail property leasing and Management</p><p><br></p><ul><li>Search, Attract and establish relationships with potential retailers or tenants to secure deals and submit offers.</li><li>Take part in the leasing process, including marketing rental properties, screening potential tenants, and drafting lease agreements</li><li>Building up and maintaining good relations with current and potential tenants.</li><li>Create tenants database</li><li>Create and distribute professional sales material</li><li> Hold presentations and leasing offers according to tenants needs.</li><li> Execute comparative surveys as requested to ensure competitive market pricing.</li><li> Conduct cold calls, emails and visits to promote the units</li><li> preparation and maintenance of all necessary documents for contracts, Amendments, Lease Summaries, Cover sheets and offers.</li></ul><p> </p><p>Job Requirements</p><p> </p><p>3 to 5 years of experience in retail leasing and/or brokerage firms</p><p>Bachelors degree</p><p>Excellent command of English and Arabic</p><p>Microsoft office proficiency</p><p>Car owner</p><p>Updated with the changing commercial market</p><p>Preferably living in 6th of October or Sheikh Zayed</p><p> </p><p>Personal Skills</p><p><br></p><ul><li>Punctuality</li><li>Good Communication with Clients and co-workers</li><li>Excellent negotiation skills and high persuasiveness</li><li>Ability to learn and develop</li><li>Diligence</li><li>Attention to details</li><li>Ability to be independent</li><li>Reliability</li></ul><p><br></p>
