<p><strong><u>Job Brief:</u></strong> </p><br><br><p> To support and guide the development of employee competence through the design, facilitation and evaluation of various learning and development programs. </p><br><br><p> <strong><u>Major Accountabilities:</u></strong> </p><br><br><ul><br> <li> Identify and assess the learning and development needs of employees. </li><br> <li> Develop learning and development interventions that effectively address learning needs. </li><br> <li> Deliver planned learning and development activities. </li><br> <li> Monitor and assess the effectiveness of learning and development interventions. </li><br> <li> Document and report the outcome of learning and development interventions. </li><br></ul><br><br><p> <strong><u>Job Requirements:</u></strong> </p><br><br><ul><br> <li> A relevant Bachelor’s degree or diploma </li><br> <li> 3-4 years’ experience in facilitation of learning and development or training in a formal setting </li><br> <li> 3 years’ experience in a healthcare environment </li><br> <li> 1 years’ experience in using an electronic health record system </li><br> <li> Certification in Training and Development or related studies is required </li><br> <li> Knowledge of hospital and/or clinic operations</li></ul>
