Our comprehensive, high-impact managed learning solutions weave together the best of learning theory, technology, operations, and services to enable a thriving workforce.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Link for our LinkedIn page:</strong> https://www.linkedin.com/company/niit-limited/</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Location:</strong> (Qatar)Remote</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Mandatory Expectations and Preparedness</strong></p><p><strong> </strong></p><ul><li>10 years minimum of Management Development and Leadership Development Experience</li><li>Min 10 years of Training Delivery in the areas of Leadership/Behavioural Skills</li><li>Extremely comfortable coaching/facilitating with First level managers</li><li>Experience of facilitation within the region – cultural sensitivity (has a multi-cultural approach and is able to understand and leverage participants’ diversity)</li><li>A high degree of comfort with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CRM Systems, Email, and email management, standard web, and internet functionality, and use</li><li>First-hand experience leading a team as a manager within an organized setup</li><li>Robust understanding of Management Development and Leadership Development and the models/theories being used</li><li>Expertise in facilitating virtual sessions with a large number of participants and also one-to-one sessions and is confident with tutoring methodology</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Facilitation Skills</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Strong facilitation and coaching skills</li><li>Ability to elicit, share, and present real-life examples to the participants.</li><li>Uses facilitation style as compared to training/teaching style</li><li>Proficient in the knowledge of Coaching, Delivery of Management development programs, and Leadership programs.</li><li>Exemplary presentation and facilitation skills</li><li>Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills</li><li>Able to build rapport and create a safe zone for the audience</li><li>Able to steer the program towards intended objectives and provide feedback to the audience</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>** NIIT is an equal opportunity employer.
